Dear Valued Customer:
IPS Treatment was founded by my father and two partners shortly after I finished high school. Their mission was to become a leader in providing cleaning technology and services to replace the toxic and ozone depleting chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and other hazardous hydrocarbon solvents used to clean industrial parts at that time. The U.S. Clean Air Act was then considering restricting use of such chemicals and as three engineers (mechanical, electrical, and chemical) they set out to find a better way.
Over the past 25 years we have served many industries from automotive to aerospace, tool and die, the Department of Defense and even glass and textile manufacturers, becoming both a first and second tier supplier to major automobile manufacturers along the way. During that time we always focused on two things: customer satisfaction and innovative solutions to parts cleaning and treatment challenges.
Our industry is characterized by a steep learning curve, a curve we have been climbing for decades. Each problem is different and requires a thorough understanding of the processes and chemistry involved. We bring our long experience to each new problem, so you can be confident we will find the one best way to treat your parts.
While we serve large companies who have significant parts cleaning challenges, we also innovate to address any size problem—from a few special pieces to our recent renovation of the Historical Port Clinton Lighthouse that was originally built in 1896. We enjoy such challenges because they help to keep us on the leading edge of cleaning and treatment technology, as evidenced by our invention of IPStrip, our exclusive eco-friendly paint-stripping technology.
Ours is a competitive industry and we know you, the customer, have options. We focus on your satisfaction, in both quality and price, as we have for the past 25 years, while also maintaining IPS in a strong financial position so that you can rely on us as a key partner in your supply chain.
While our focus is the cleaning and treatment of industrial parts, I changed our name to IPS Group LLC to emphasize the broad range of services from demagnetizing to packaging, inspecting and even warehousing of your parts that we now offer. In January of 2013 we moved to a new 50,000+ sq. ft. facility to allow room for growth to better serve our customers.
I continue to operate and grow IPS Group LLC according to these core values:
- We pride ourselves in our dedication to superior customer service and unsurpassed quality.
- We operate with the highest standards of integrity, safety and respect for our staff and customers, no matter their size.
- We are a family run business and foster a workplace atmosphere of loyalty, caring and trust.
- We focus on finding innovative ways to fulfill our customers’ needs.
- We are dedicated to social responsibility and environmental stewardship.
- We outperform competitors through our commitment to perfection in all we do, and face new tasks with robust enthusiasm.
Thank you for visiting IPS Group LLC, and please contact me if you have questions or would like to discuss how we can help with your next industrial parts project.
Sincerely,
Michele
